2021 Operations Summit

The Canadian Renewable Energy Association (CanREA) has hosted the inaugural Operations Summit. This event was fully dedicated to the operation of wind, solar and energy storage sites in Canada. Building on the successes of the Canadian Wind Energy Association’s past O&M Summit, we were excited to welcome solar power and energy storage manufacturers, owners, operators, suppliers and researchers to embark on a new level of industry engagement.

Over the course of two days we pushed information sharing on the full lifecycle of renewable energy sites to the next level. Be a part of Canada’s largest wind, solar, storage event exclusively focused on operations topics such as:  

• Environment, Health and Safety,  
• Workforce Development,  
• Grid Integration,  
• Site Operations, Monitoring and Performance, and  
• Construction, Installation and Decommissioning

Canada’s clean energy transition depends on the safe, reliable and innovative operation of renewable energy sites. In this current climate of uncertainty the Canadian Renewable Energy Association is not slowing down. Through our virtual events platform and out-of-the-box networking opportunities, attendees were provided with an array of options to not only learn but participate and connect with the rapidly expanding clean power sector.
