As the price of renewables continues to fall, and the costs of carbon pollution begin to grow, more and more customers are eager to purchase low-cost bundles of electricity and environmental credits from independent power producers. Each customer type has its own unique energy and associated requirements, bringing into play a wide range of contract design approaches and options. This session will explore the unique considerations relating to corporate off-take agreements and other customer and contractual relationships relevant to front-of-the-meter projects.
